My whole life has been about food. As a child, I stood by my French-cooking grandmother as she prepared elaborate meals for our family. Later, raising my own family, I cooked nightly dinners, teaching my children the importance of enjoying meals together. Often hearing “Does your mom cook like this every day?” I began to see that my way was no longer the norm and set out to make a difference.
From those early days of hosting friends and neighbors for cooking classes in my home kitchen to opening my own healthy lunch café, and more recently working in the kitchen of a farm-to-table fine dining restaurant, I have always enjoyed cooking and sharing good food.
It has been these experiences that have led me to continue my training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As a chef, teacher and certified health and wellness coach, my services will range from individual coaching to group workshops, cooking classes to farmers market tours.
